New product: Old Tom gin

The Dorchester hotel in London has revived the historical recipe for Old Tom gin to create a new blend incorporating juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, cardamom and fresh lemon and orange peel. Perfected by the hotel's bar manager Giuliano Morandin, Old Tom is available to purchase at the Dorchester bar.
