Hobart has added two new lines to its Bonnet Precipan range, a 100-litre and 150-litre version. The new lines can be incorporated into a compact cooking suite and can perform up to nine different functions: grilling, braising, sautéing pan frying, steaming, smoking, boiling, deep-frying and simmering.

FEM has unveiled Alto-Shaam’s new Self-Cleaning Electric Rotisserie (AR-7T). The hands-free, selfcleaning function saves time and resources by using 35% less water than traditional models during the automatic cleaning process. The washing system has a pre-programmed sanitising sequence and features a 30-minute rinse cycle. There is also a built-in automatic grease collection system.

Black Bee Honey’s British Heather honey, harvested on Exmoor’s National Park, has been praised for its antibacterial properties and high vitamin content. The limited-edition British Heather honey has a toffee colour and an aromatic and smoky flavour.

The thermometer and probe kit from Sous Vide Tools measures from -50°C to +199.9°C. Other than wiping it clean after use, the probe is maintenance-free and waterproof to IP65 standard, meaning it can be immersed in up to one metre of water for 30 minutes without harm.

Belvoir Fruit Farms has two new fruity beverages in its ready-to-drink Pressé range: Pink Lady sparkling apple juice and lime and soda. Both new variants contain no artificial sweeteners, colourings, flavourings or preservatives, and are available in 25cl and 75cl bottles.

Premier Foodservice has expanded its Angel Delight brand with the launch of Angel Delight Mousse. Available in banana, chocolate, strawberry and butterscotch flavours, the product is gluten-free and great for a school menu.

Thompson’s Baijiu, the UK’s first homegrown baijiu, is a distilled Chinese beverage made with 100% British sorghum. The spirit has a malty, umami flavour. It was launched on 25 January to coincide with Chinese New Year. Thompson’s Baijiu (ABV 50%) is made in partnership with the English Spirit Distillery, using a traditional fermentation process.
