The Copper Crew, founded by friends Theo Gough, Sam Lambson and Oli Purnell, source wines specifically to be canned. The product range includes a rosé made in South Africa's Western Cape, with notes of strawberries, cherries and peppercorns, and a Merlot from Elgin in South Africa.
