New products: Diamant Pro coffee machine, Synergy Grill Technology's Trilogy and more
Welbilt has introduced the Diamant Pro coffee machine for what it calls an unmatched espresso experience. The steamer's integrated temperature probe simplifies the coffee-making process while enhancing the coffee quality. Operators can switch between traditional and barista operation modes using a touchscreen, and OLED displays offer information about extraction time, temperature and dosage.

Synergy Grill Technology's Trilogy range of grills offer three variable heat settings, three finishes (polished steel, matt black and synergy blue) and three accessories – a quick-release garnish rail, a slow-cook shelf and a stainless-steel bar lifter and scraper. There are also different surface options, including standard char bars, a griddle plate top and reversible diamond bars.
