New products: Good One hard seltzer, FEM touchless dispensers, Lava Spirits Co's coffee orange gin and more

Good One has entered the hard seltzer market with hard sodas in botanical flavours including cloudy grapefruit and thyme; lime and cucumber; and raspberry, basil and lime. The seltzers are brewed in small batches in East London with Northumberland spring water.

Lava Spirits Co's debut range in the UK features two signature spirits: an award-winning IWSC 2020 coffee gin and a coffee orange gin. The coffee gin, made with South American Arabica coffee beans, has a rich flavour with notes of marzipan, chocolate and cherry. The coffee orange gin is a combination of strong espresso and roasted coffee beans, balanced with sweet citrus.

SousVideTools' new Imola induction hob is a single countertop portable unit with a stainless-steel housing, heavy-duty electronic components and a high-impact glass-ceramic top.

Dartmoor Whisky has launched a single malt that has been aged in an Oloroso sherry cask. The spirit is made from Dartmoor barley and is distilled in a refurbished alembic Cognac still.

The Moore House Cocktail Company has launched its range of cocktails in larger packaging to target the on-trade. Recipes include Classic Martini, Margarita ‘Cristal', Old Fashioned and Spicy Margarita. Cocktails are available in four sizes: 100ml (single serve), 200ml (three cocktails), 350ml (five) and 500ml (seven).

Kae Shibata, an ex-pastry chef at the Ritz London, and chef Sven-Hanson Britt, winner of MasterChef: The Professionals, have created the Cartografie chocolate company, producing handmade, single-origin chocolates.

FEM has introduced new Touchless Express dispensers from Server Products. The dispensers serve toppings without physical contact from a 4.9-litre pouch.

Lincat's Confidence Box uses UV-C lamps to reduce viral and bacterial contamination. An object placed inside can be disinfected in just 30 seconds from the four UV-C lamps. The unit measures 375mm x 575mm x 450mm.
