New Scanfrost Stainless Steel range from AHT

Stainless Steel is the new high-spec line of catering coolers from Scanfrost that includes upright cabinets, toppings wells, counters and salad preparation counters.

The robust, energy-efficient appliances use R134a refrigerant and all are climate T class, operating in ambient temperatures of between 18°C and 43°C.

The 650-litre upright fridge and freezer cabinets have three shelves, digital temperature control, fitted locks and vented control panels for fitting flat against a wall.

The self-contained toppings wells units, available in a choice of temperature ranges and gastronorm pan sizes, are designed for use without a refrigerated cabinet below and incorporate a glass sneeze canopy and internal refrigeration system.

Two compact variants have a granite preparation surface, storage space below and a stainless-steel canopy.

The counters range from 360-litre to 720-litre capacity with cooling and freezing options, while the salad prep counters have open top sections with a lid and variants with a chopping board area on the front of the cabinet and a bottom-mounted compressor.
