A new 2800 sq ft innovation centre featuring the latest equipment technology has been opened by the Alan Nuttall Partnership.

Nuttall's has invested over £250,000 on the facility located in Leicestershire. The centre will specialise in hot holding solutions, and boasts an in-house culinary team delivering services around food processes, cooking and preparation, packaging and display. The centre includes a development kitchen, meeting and conference facilities and innovation display area including a hot food-to-go kitchen.

"The centre taps into our vast technical and commercial expertise to take a hot food idea from concept development to reality or improve on an existing product range and process."

The culinary team is made up of Claire Rowley and Warwick Wakefield who bring with them a wealth of experience in foodservice including clients such as Café Rouge, Greggs, Dunkin' Donuts and Crussh.
