Scampi, whitefish, fish cakes, peeled prawns and speciality coated prawns are among the products sold by Whitby Seafoods. To preserve freshness, the scampi is made from UK langoustines using pioneering thawing and freezing methods, and the tails are hand-prepared in Whitby.

Premium-to-budget scampi offerings, all packed in 450g bags, include Scampi, Extra Large Wholetail Scampi in Breadcrumbs, Battered Scampi and the Endeavour, James Cook, Yorkshire and Resolution ranges.

The cooked and peeled prawns come in 2.5kg Large and Extra Large sizes and in 1kg Extra Extra Large packs.

Whitby's coated prawn range includes the award-winning premium warm-water creel prawns marinated in garlic and ginger or Hot'n'Spicy seasoning and wrapped in breadcrumbs (which sell in 450g packs).

The line-up includes Thai Prawns in Batter (350g), King Prawn and Soy Sauce Filo Wraps (1kg), Torpedo Prawns and Butterfly Prawns (both in a Japanese-style crumb, packed in 1.6kg and 1kg packs) and Breaded Butterfly Prawns.

The newest additions to the range are the luxury Thai, or Cod and Pancetta, 80g dusted fish cakes.
