Oliver James Foods team up with Pub Food Direct

Caterers, Oliver James Foods who supply gastro-quality, cooked dishes to pubs, hotels and restaurant groups across the UK has teamed up with food distributors Pub Food Direct to supply their sous vide dishes direct to the independent caterer.

The dishes are ordered online and delivered deep-frozen the next day on dry ice.

Kevin Morel, joint managing director of Pub Food Direct, said: "Although we work closely with regional frozen-food wholesalers, we are regularly contacted by pub and restaurant operators who are looking for a convenient way to buy our specialist products directly."
