Parcooked potatoes for schools from Vale's Fresh

Vale's Fresh has launched parcooked potatoes developed for the school market and to meet the demands of the Public Sector Food Procurement Initiative (PSFPI).
The potatoes are 100% British, 100% natural, with no additives or preservatives, and have a shelf life of 28 days. The variety will depend on the season.
Initially there are two lines in the Vale's Fresh Prepared Potato range - whole peeled potatoes and diced peeled potatoes. They are parcooked and just need finishing off by boiling, steaming or roasting.
Both the whole and diced potatoes are supplied in packs of 4kg or boxes containing five packs each of 2kg, and the whole potatoes are graded to a maximum diameter of 45mm.
