Details Hand-finished, part and fully-baked, frozen, dough-based products. The Focaccia, one of Italy's oldest and most popular breads, is made by hand using extra fine, ground Durham semolina wheat, giving it an open, light structure and fermented over 24 hours to allow the flavours to develop. All of the products contain less than 1% salt and are made using the finest, natural ingredients, containing no preservatives or GM products.
