Success is a new line of premium Viennese pastries from Bridor designed to provide crispy, flavoursome results regardless of the conditions in the caterers' kitchens. The frozen, uncooked pastries provide an easy-to-work dough with a high tolerance during proving and cooking that can be used in all temperatures and air humidities.

The pure-butter line comprises a 70g croissant and an 80g pain au chocolate. Bridor's prestige French Viennese Eclat du Terroir range of uncooked, pre-proved pastries has gained two new options - a 130g pain au raisins and an 80g pain au chocolate.

Meanwhile, the Pure organic range now offers four new frozen, pre-cooked breads (a 140g Baguettine, a 280g Baguette, a 55g Pavé and a 55g grain and cereal Pavé) along with a ready-to-cook 70g croissant and a 75g pain au chocolat.

The Bridor Bread Menu has also grown to more than 50 pre-cooked breads, offering a comprehensive choice of baguettes, large slicing loaves, catering breads, sandwich breads and small rolls.
