Among its 100 lines, Belgian baker Pidy offers seasonal Christmas tree-shaped pastry cases.

The puff pastry mini sapin and bouchée sapin cases have a docked base and are golden brown with egg glaze. The mini versions weigh 8g each and measure 4.5cm x 6cm, while the larger sapin measure 6.5cm x 10cm and weigh 30g.

Ready-baked and ready to fill, the cases are suitable for sweet and savoury fillings.

Mini sapin come in 90- or 180-piece packs, and the larger bouchée sapin come in packs of 27 or 54.
