Paul Knight to head up Bidvest 3663 non-food and catering equipment

Foodservice provider Bidvest 3663 has appointed Paul Knight to the new position of director of non-food and 3663 Catering Equipment in a move to align the company's non-food and catering equipment categories.

"We provide more than just food solutions at Bidvest 3663," said Knight.

"Our comprehensive offer covers all non-food and catering equipment needs, from cleaning solutions to cookware and utensils; everything that our customers need to ensure their establishments run efficiently, hygienically and sustainably. I intend to grow the categories and use our specialist teams to offer new products and support, which will make life easier for chefs and caterers."

"We understand that once a customer has installed a new kitchen or piece of commercial catering equipment, they need to buy the materials to keep it clean and the utensils and crockery to prepare and serve the food to the end consumer. As director of non-food and catering equipment, I will now be able to develop both categories to ensure they complement each other in meeting our customers' needs."

Knight has worked for Bidvest 3663 for 25 years and before this new appointment he was managing director of 3663 Catering Equipment for 10 years.
