PG offers online Tips

Following new research showing that 83% of people drink tea when out of home, PG Tips haslaunched a new websiteto help operators tap into this market.

The site is targeted at operators of all sizes across all sectors of the industry, from workplace restaurants to leisure facilities and cafés, and includes various tools to help operators build the profile of their tea offering and increase their profit margin.

Claire Sullivan, marketing director, Unilever Foodsolutions, said: "Our research has shown that customers are willing to pay nearly twice the amount for a branded cup of tea versus unbranded versions. The new website aims to arm operators with the tools necessary to maximise this profitable opportunity. It not only offers hints and tips to help develop your tea offering, but also includes up-to-date trends and facts on the tea market as a whole."
