Details The counter-top pasta makers with stainless-steel basins and kneaders allow caterers to make their own fresh egg pasta. They mix and knead the ingredients before extruding the pasta through a traditional bronze die that creates an authentic rough surface that holds sauces better. A separate stand is an optional extra.
Range Three models, producing 5kg, 8kg and 13kg of pasta per hour respectively.
Extrusion dies 14 models, for caserecce, pappardelle, gnocchi, bucatini, macaronic, angel hair, spaghetti, spaghetti alla chitarra, tagliatelle, fettucine, pasta sheets, cannelloni and bigoli.
