Portable and build-in induction hobs from Hatco

New portable and build-in induction hobs from Hatco promise 90% energy-efficiency - compared with between 40 and 50% for gas cooking - and savings of at least 10% in energy costs.

Used with pans with magnetic properties, the hobs will heat food instantly and precisely with minimal heat loss.

They are offered with single or double coils for induction-ready pans, grills and woks, while build-ins offer the choice of separate or attached glass touch-control panels.

Controls include power presets and/or manual settings - in the case of the IRBR2-6200 model, the controls are infinite. Most models have an integrated timer with visual alarm and power shut-down mode.
