Portable messagers from Ascom – Hostec

Ascom's portable, push-button Telepoint keypads have been adapted to provide easy messaging between hotel and conference supervisors and staff, or guests and staff.
The wireless keypads - which can be sited on bedside tables, reception counters or carried around - are programmed with up to 20 specific, predetermined messages - such as "porter required to room Z" or "coffee to meeting room 789".
Users press labelled buttons to transmit the message to the right member of staff, who receives it as a text message on his or her Ascom handset.
