Essential Cuisine specialises in powdered stock mixes created to offer the taste and flavour of traditional stocks.
Available flavours include beef, chicken, vegetable, veal, fish, lamb, ham, turkey and mushroom. These varieties are supplied in 700g and 800g tubs.
The stock mixes have a clear appearance, contain 3% fat and no MSG, GM ingredients or preservatives. They have a 12-month shelf life and do not require refrigeration after opening.
