Premier Foods gives away dessert hampers and school recipe books

In support of the campaign for healthier children's meals in schools, Premier Foods is giving a hamper full of its classic British desserts and a copy of its Culinary Academy Recipe Book to five Buy It! readers.

Each hamper contains products from Premier Foods' iconic brands including McDougalls Chocolate Sponge Mix (3.5kg), McDougalls Soft Bap Mix (3.5kg), Bird's Custard Mix (3kg), Bird's Cheesecake Mix Add Water (635g) and three Angel Delight instant desserts in chocolate, strawberry and white chocolate flavours (600g).

The Culinary Academy Recipe Book is full of easy-to-make recipes to make school meals fun, innovative, tasty and healthy including a Choccie Beet Cake recipe which combines McDougalls Chocolate Sponge Mix with beetroot and treacle to create a cake that is rich in iron; a Mango Delights recipe that combines White Chocolate Angel Delight with Mango to create a tasty, high fruit content dessert; and a Mexican Bread recipe using McDougall's Soft Bap Mix and Homepride Chilli Sauce.
