Premier Foods looks forward to Christmas with some great deals

Planning for Christmas is well under way at Premier Foods. Matt Collins, head of catering sales, said the company's aim for the festive season was to "get the right mix between new dishes and firm favourites".

Business development chef Mark Rigby added that Premier Foods' focus was on "creating the best ingredients for chefs to deliver the dishes that consumers love at Christmas".

"But, it's important to add a personal twist on the classics to elevate the menu to another level," he said.

Premier Foods has worked hard this season to support caterers and guarantee some great value deals including "All you want for Christmas", where caterers will be able to buy two cases of Bisto gravy granules (1.9kg) and get Paxo sage and onion stuffing (1 x 2.5kg) absolutely free.
