Brakes' Premiere Pork & Thyme 6's have been entered in the Meat, Game, Poultry & Fish section of Caterer's Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2009.

This is a delicious top quality sausage made with British outdoor reared RSPCA Freedom Foods pork lightly seasoned with fresh thyme and filled into a natural skin, with the meat content being 85% - enough to provide a really meaty sausage but without making it dry.
