Details The Premium range is billed as the closest alternative to fresh herbs. Herbs are freeze-dried for superior flavour, a brighter appearance and a better shape and texture than regular dried herbs. They rehydrate instantly in liquids such as soups, sauces and water and, being heat-treated, are safe to use without cooking.
