Details Firebrick bases provide crisp, even cooking of all types of pizza - deep pan, thin crust, fresh dough, part-baked or frozen - but the ovens can also handle many other foods such as breads - from ciabatta to naan - lasagne, jacket potatoes, pies, pasties and pastries. The single- and twin-deck ovens can be used on the countertop or on optional floor stands, and single decks can be stacked two high.
Features Precise thermostatic control up to 480°C, with separate controls for the top and base of each oven and independent controls for each deck of twin models; double glazed for energy efficiency; viewing window; 20-minute timer; removable crumb tray; external temperature gauge.
