The Moorwood Vulcan series of professional ranges supplied by Enodis includes two medium-duty lines - the gas-powered Masterchef and the electric M Line - and the heavy-duty MV range of gas cooking equipment. All are designed to save energy, money and time. The MV series of stainless-steel, suiteable ranges feature high-efficiency, fast-cooking top burners with a 5.9kW output that are claimed to be 10% more efficient than other models on the UK market and are fully sealed for easy cleaning. Features of the range include vitreous enamelled cast-iron pan supports, precise controls, a low turn-down feature and choice of accessories including a wok ring. Masterchef cookers are also made from stainless steel and utilise high-speed, open-top, semi-sealed burners with a 4.29kW output. The M line, developed for caterers that prefer electric ranges, is based around two-shelf ovens with vitreous-enamelled cast-iron interiors. The three ranges carry a one-year parts and labour warranty.
