USP They protect kitchen staff from extreme temperatures from -925°C to +537°C and will last up to 20 times longer than conventional gloves.
Construction Insulation layers include a liner, a heat barrier, a vapour barrier and a non-combustible Nomex layer that will protect up to 232°C. Kevlar edging at user contact points protects up to 537°C and is hard wearing and abrasion-resistant.
