Quaker Paw Ridge porridge for children from PepsiCo

With the growing children's cereal market worth an estimated £317m, Quaker has launched a new porridge formula it believes meets health, convenience and taste targets.

Paw Ridge porridge is milled extra finely for a smooth texture, takes just 90 seconds to cook and is available in both Original and Honey varieties.

It contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservative and its claim to be one of the healthiest children's cereals on the market is endorsed by Which? magazine, which says: "It's great that Quaker has bucked the trend of serving up sugar- and salt-laden cereals to kids, something we've been calling on for years."

The range, which is supported by an extensive sampling, merchandising and TV campaign, is available in three pack sizes - Original 750ml, Original 10-sachet packs and Honey eight-sachet packs.
