USP These Swiss-made vegetable preparation machines upgrade the Quattro machine with a stainless-steel head that will not oxidise in the dishwasher. In a world first, their anti-microbial discs with stainless-steel cutters use glass-fibre technology to prevent oxidation and warping.
Details The discs - available in 40 cuts - use a slicing technology that keeps the delicate cell structure of fruit and vegetables intact. They can slice as thinly as 0.7mm and dice a banana or kiwi fruit.
Output Quinto - up to 30kg per hour; Quinto Plus - up to 100kg per hour.
Price Quinto - £2,850, with discs from £136 to £317; Quinto Plus - £3,965, with discs from £210 to £940. European and Asian starter kits with five selected blades are also available.
