Radiant chargrills from Falcon Foodservice Equipment do not require charcoal and the company claims they use nearly one-third less energy than more traditional models, helped by a low setting available for energy conservation during quiet periods.

Features include an extended cooking area with even performance, a unique double-sided brander bar design so bars can be turned during busy periods, narrow bars to ensure prominent branding marks, channels to direct grease towards a removable front collection tray, an area at the front of the bars to allow food to be kept warm prior to plating, and an easy-to-remove splashguard to enclose the cooking area.

Additionally, the cooking surface is angled to eliminate excessive flaring and smoke to reduce grease build-up in the canopy.
