Radio-controlled Leventi combi-steamer from Valera

Valera says its Leventi Combimat Mastermind is the first combi-steamer to use RFID (radio-frequency identification) software. This allows operators to upload and download new recipes and menu preparation programs in seconds, and transfer them from site to site.
The appliance is available in four-, six-, 10-, and 15-grid versions and prices start from £6,699. They have a fully automatic, cleaning system that incorporates an automatic rinse aid, and SafePack technology.
