Breads The 100% natural bread made from traditional French flour has a delicate, light texture. Natural flavours - reflected in the colouring - include Nori, Curry, Mint & Garlic, Sun-dried Tomato, and Pickled Lemon & Thyme

Pastries These pure-butter puff-pastry swirls are filled with naturally-flavoured confectioner's custards and ingredients that add colour, texture and flavour. The three flavours are: Matcha Green Tea & Cranberry, Frangipane & Pickled Citrus Fruits, and Praline & Hazelnut.

Sizes Breads - 35g or 80g; pastries - 40g

Baking instructions Breads -12 minutes at 120°C; pastries - 14 minutes at 170°C
