Ready-salads from Brakes

Two ready-to-serve salads have joined the Brakes line-up in time for summer, complementing the existing range of dressed Caesar Pasta, Thai Noodle and Provençal salads.
The first newcomer is Sweet Chilli Rice Noodle Salad, which combines angel hair rice noodles with water chestnuts, red pepper, mange-tout, spring onion and coriander in a sweet chilli dressing. As well as serving as a salad or accompaniment, it can be heated up to accompany prawns as a main meal. A second option, Pesto and Pine Nut Linguine, is a fresh egg noodle-style salad that can be served hot or cold. Both salads are sold in chilled 2kg cases.
