Details The new sheets contain 30% less fat than the standard Jus-Rol Professional pastry equivalent and are ideal for preparing food on a large scale. Measuring 43cm x 29cm, the sheets have been developed to fit over a multi-portion "Grundy" dish so there's no need for rolling, but they can be cut to size if needed.
