The new models feature an airflow design and refrigeration system using low-energy ECM fan technology, which uses brushless motors. An integral energy-saving insulated roller blind is also easy to open and shut to encourage staff to use it.
Cabinets accommodate full 1/1 gastronorm containers behind each door while counter-tops hold various combinations of 150mm-deep 1/3, 1/6 or 1/9 gastronorm pans.
For caterers who would prefer to have drawers instead of doors, Precision's drawer sets will accommodate 200mm-, 150mm- and 100mm-deep gastronorm 1/1 pans.
