River Cottage Canteen boosts sustainability with Foster Refrigerator

The River Cottage Canteen in Plymouth, which opened last year in the historic Royal William Yard, an impressive ex-Royal Navy depot, chose Foster Refrigerator to equip its kitchen.

Andy Richardson, sous chef at the Plymouth Canteen, said: "We chose Foster products because they fit with our ethos of energy efficiency and sustainability.

"With Foster you get consistency of temperature, quick recovery, quality, strong doors and good seals. The service from the company is also excellent."

Foster Refrigerator worked with the team in Plymouth to achieve their objective to keep food fresher for longer, maximise sustainability and minimise the impact on the environment.
