Add colour and flavour to a range of dishes with Schwartz for Chef Rizdor. Especially developed for food service, Rizdor contains 3% saffron, turmeric, paprika and mixed spices.
Turmeric has traditionally been used by chefs to add colour to meals, but saffron adds flavour. Rizdor is the next best thing to pure saffron, claims the company.
