Roband milkshake mixer and contact grill from Valera

Bread and milk are the focus of two Roband appliances available from Valera.

Stainless-steel Saturn beaters ensure a fluffy finish to thick milkshakes and other drinks whipped up in the Roband DM21W mixer.

The white, compact countertop unit is powered by a two-speed 13,000rpm motor and comes with a 710ml stainless-steel cup that sits in the cup rest and can be removed easily without tilting to avoid spills.

The stainless-steel and CGR815 contact grills can handle steak, fish, focaccias, paninis and toasted sandwiches. Caterers can fit up to eight slices on the aluminium heating plates, which measure 460mm wide x 290mm deep.

The twin spring-countered self-adjusting top plate is smooth on the CGS model and ribbed on the CGR unit and can be Teflon-coated. As well as top and bottom plate heating, operators can choose the hot plate only mode.
