Details The roll-top lids protect GN trays of hot or cold foods and are available in clear polycarbonate or mirror-finish polished stainless steel. They are designed for use with the mobile, modular hybrid kitchen which combines Rieber's Thermoport and Thermoplate food holding and food transport systems with its Varithek cooking equipment.
