Rollover's Premium Pies & Desserts – EFDA

Rollover's premium pies and desserts have been entered in the Food on the Go section of Caterer's Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2009.
The Delicious range consists of two hot savouries (Chicken Balti and Steak & Ale) and two hot desserts (Apple & Custard and Banoffee), and are made with shortcrust pastry.
The product comes in its sleeve, is frozen and already pre-cooked. It goes straight into the oven and is served to the customer in its packaging so there is no handling whatsoever.
There are even probe holes to allow the server to check that they are piping hot before serving, again without touching the product.
