Boiler system The Roma offers two or three groups and a new boiler system. Under the Temperature Stability System, each group has its own separate boiler to deliver the temperature best suited to different blends. To protect coffee extraction, a separate nine-litre boiler delivers steam while fresh water from the mains is used for teas and other hot beverages.
Features include on-board diagnostics; programmable pre-infusion; auto-cleaning programme; an espresso timer for every shot.
