The new Rosichef 900 range of gas, electric and combination cookers from Rosinox Grandes Cuisines of France are built to provide higher output and longer life.
Made from quality 304 stainless steel with butt-jointed edges, the cookers feature strengthened elements exposed to heat, thick stainless-steel bases for tilting bratt pans, counterweighted insulated doors, electrical ignition by continuous sparking, and high-performance burners with thermocouple safety devices.
The gas lines are 800mm or 1,200mm wide and come with open burners, a searing plate or both and Gastrostandard circulation-type gas convection ovens or open cupboards (with optional doors).
The electric models match glass ceramic hotplates with an oven and either an open cupboard (again with optional doors) or a heating cupboard.
Combi-ovens are 800mm wide with two right or left open burners and a searing plate with either an electric oven or a heating cupboard.
