Rotisol Grandes Flammes Rotisseries from Jestic

25 June 2010 by
Rotisol Grandes Flammes Rotisseries from Jestic

High volume, rapid cooking and low energy use are built into the Rotisol Grandes Flammes Rotisseries range brought to the UK by Jestic.

They are available in gas or electric versions in a wide range of sizes (capacities range from six to 64 chickens) and a choice of stainless steel or coloured enamel finish.

All feature cast iron radiants, refractory bricks, stainless-steel burners, fully-adjustable spits (with a vertical spit system available as an optional extra), tempered glass doors and interior lighting protected by ceramic glass. Independent ventilated motors allow operators to load and unload separately, without stopping the whole rotisserie.

Styles include the classic Olympic - with a see-through detachable chain-pulley system, porcelain reflective burners and Spatchcock cooking system - and the ergonomically-designed Millennium, which features brass fittings, rounded edges, and patented low-level stainless-steel burners.
