Galbani's Santa Lucia Mozzarella Mini food service pack is stored in brine in a 1kg resealable bucket for freshness. The 8g mini-balls of mozzarella allow easy portion control and are suitable for use in salads, on pizza or baked pasta dishes, as part of an antipasti platter or as a base ingredient. The mini-balls join a range that includes 125g and 1kg Mozzarella and Mozzarella Cubes.
