The combination of preset and manual controls on the medium-duty Sanyo EMC 1100 microwave oven should cover all user requirements in commercial kitchens.

The stackable 1,100W oven plugs into a 13amp socket and provides 19 litres of usable cavity space within compact dimensions of 287mm high x 527mm wide x 415mm deep.

Electronic controls include 10 programmable presets with three-stage memory, while a keypad and dial entry allows input to be done manually.

Ten power levels include variable defrost and a multi-portion (2x and 3x) preset.

Other features include stainless-steel interiors and exteriors, a sealed-in ceramic base plate, removable air filters with captive push fixings, and single-piece stirrer covers.
