Semi-dried tomato segments are slow-roasted and marinated with garlic and oregano to make Tomato Al Forno for use in pasta dishes, tapas, sauces and salad dressings. The segments are supplied in oil in packs of 6 x 1kg.

King Prawn Skewers are raw, headless, tail-on king prawns skewered on bamboo sticks ready for grilling or barbecuing and are supplied frozen in 1kg packs containing 20 prawns.

A Mediterranean-Style Cous Cous combines couscous, tomato, onion and black olives seasoned with salt, pepper and Mediterranean herbs, while a Moroccan-Style Cous Cous is made with red and green peppers, apricots, sultanas, candied orange peel, Moroccan spices, ground coriander cumin and turmeric.

There's also a Lemon and Coriander Cous Cous, and all varieties are supplied in cases of six 1kg packs.
