ScotHot attracts 90 new exhibitors

Visitors to ScotHot 2009 will find more than 90 new exhibitors among the 200-plus at the three-day show which takes place on 2-4 March at Glasgow's SECC.

Spices, herbs and seasonings from Schwartz for Chef, and Frobishers' premium juices, smoothies and juice drinks made using real fruit, squeezed and bottled in the UK, join more than 65 exhibitors in the Food & Drink section, where speciality breads, desserts and savoury items will all be available for tasting.

For those looking to source some new kit, the Catering Equipment section has more than 40 exhibitors; and in Interiors, Exteriors and Tableware there will be plenty of furniture, fabrics, crockery and cutlery to see among the more than 30 companies at the show, including the new Marchesi Black 18/10 stainless steel cutlery from Villeroy & Boch.

Premises & Facilities Management has over 15 exhibitors, all showing innovative products and practical solutions for hospitality establishments, such as laundry equipment supplier Girbau's new 6 Series washers, designed with energy efficiency in mind.

A visit to the Technology section, where more than 35 exhibitors will be on hand with the latest hi-tech ideas to help improve your business.
