The stylish units - designed for reliability, to enhance food display and to blend seamlessly into their environment - are all tested in purpose-built temperature- and humidity-controlled facilities.

All sizes in the 650mm, 500mm and 350mm deep ranges - both back and self-service units - will hold food between 3 to 7°C in ambient conditions of up to 32°C and 70% humidity, meeting the requirements of ISO 23953, class 3M1.
