Season and fruit peppers from Verstegen

Caterers can enhance a range of dishes with Verstegen's 12-strong Season Peppers and Fruit Peppers. The seasonings are a blend of peppers combined with dried fruit, dried vegetables, exotic spices and seaweed and lavender.

The Season Peppers include: Harissa (450g), which contains Lampung black pepper, cumin, garlic, paprika and chilli; Seaweed Garlic Shallot (350g), with pepper, aonori seaweed, coriander, allspice and freeze-dried garlic and shallot pieces; and Wild Mushroom (375g), a mix of Lampung black pepper and Muntok white pepper, mushrooms, coriander and dried lemon.

The Fruit Peppers include Strawberry Lemon (475g), with black Lampung pepper, crispy strawberry pieces, lemon and vanilla; Banana Moon (525g), with black Lampung pepper, banana and allspice with a hint of lemon, cinnamon and chilli pepper; and Forest Fruit (525g), with black Lampung pepper, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, allspice and coriander.
