Norwegian producer Norfresh has launched a range of seasoned and flavoured fish cakes and burgers made from 100% sustainably-sourced and MSC-classified fish.
The 90g fish cakes contain up to 70% fish and no potato or breadcrumbs, making them a low-carbohydrate and gluten-free option.
The complete frozen range includes traditional Norwegian cod fish cakes, cod fish cakes with garlic and leek, cod fish cakes with herring, salmon cakes with lemon pepper, salmon cakes with dill, and salmon cakes with tarragon.
A children's range comprises 45g and 60g salmon cakes and salmon burgers. All products can be pan-fried or oven-baked from frozen.
