Its Series 200 fryers are designed to combine maximum output with reduced oil and electricity consumption - for instance, thermostats operate only when required and temperature is maintained during quieter periods using just one third of the power available.

The V250 fryer can produce 36kg of chips per hour using just eight litres of oil.

Valentine fryers feature highly-sensitive and accurate thermostats and high-level cut-out switches. All are sold with a three-year warranty.
